What should I include in the email?
Your company or project, use case and expected document volume. Do not include confidential files, passwords or credentials.
When will you reply?
We will reply as soon as possible with the review outcome. On approval, we provide credentials, documentation and the initial allowance.
What if I use all my free allowance?
Email support with your integration identifier and additional volume. Never send a full API key. Continue after the increase is approved.
Do API and MCP share an allowance?
The API gets an initial allowance confirmed during approval. MCP uses the signed-in iSomor account's allowance and does not follow the API email approval flow.
