iSomor Terms of Service

Service and operator

iSomor is a PDF translation service operated by Planet Edmunds Labs Limited. By using it, you agree to these terms. The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts and free allowance

Try the first two pages of a text PDF without signing in. Continuing translation or downloading requires an account verified through Google or an email sign-in link. Protect your account and sign-in links.

During the free trial, verified accounts receive 50 credits every 7 days from their first claim. Each translated text PDF page costs 1 credit. Resets every 7 days from your first claim. Unused free credits do not roll over; existing valid credits are preserved. The current public service supports text-based PDFs, using one credit per translated page. A separate site-wide budget of 1,000 credits resets daily at 00:00 UTC; new translations pause when the remaining budget cannot cover them. Requests for extra free credits are manually reviewed and are not guaranteed approval. Purchases and subscriptions are unavailable.

Your documents

Upload only content you are entitled to use and share for translation. You authorize the processing needed to translate, store and deliver your files, including sending document text to Google's Gemini API. Read our Privacy Policy before uploading, especially for confidential or personal information. Uploading does not transfer ownership of your source document to us.

Results and availability

AI translation can omit or misinterpret content and alter formatting. Review the output before relying on it, especially for consequential decisions. Keep your own originals and downloaded results: iSomor is not a permanent archive. Processing, access and downloads may be interrupted or unavailable; we do not promise an error-free translation or uninterrupted service.

Responsible use and contact

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, evade quotas or interfere with accounts or infrastructure. Access may be restricted to address abuse or operational problems. Questions about these terms or your account can be sent to the contact above. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
